Paula Young Platinum Plus: How It Works
Paula Young Platinum Plus offers exclusive benefits designed for our best customers. With your Platinum Plus membership, there are no coupons, exclusions, or minimums for saving on Paula Young purchases. It’s so easy and your savings are in addition to any other special offer or promotion you apply to your order! With your membership, you also receive all of the following benefits, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Your Paula Young Platinum Plus benefits are available only to you and to permanent residents of your household who are at least 18 years old. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits.
10% Cash Back on Paula Young Purchases
As a member, you receive 10% cash back on every Paula Young purchase you make during your active membership. Simply shop as you normally would — online, over the phone, or by mail. 10% of your order total will be automatically applied to your Savings Center. Savings Center earnings will be paid out in the form of a check (see the “Savings Center” section for details). You can earn 10% back on an unlimited number of Paula Young purchases throughout your membership year.
Limits & Details: The 10% cash back is valid for the total order value paid net of any cancels or returns. If a discount or other deal is available on a purchase, the 10% cash back will be applied to the total price you pay after all such reductions are applied.
Instant Free Standard Shipping on Paula Young Purchases
As a member, you receive free Standard Shipping instantly on every Paula Young purchase you make during your active membership. To receive free Standard Shipping on online orders, you must log in as a registered user on PaulaYoung.com with the same email address you use for your Platinum Plus membership. You will be recognized as a Paula Young Platinum Plus member, and the shipping will be automatically removed from your total. To receive free Standard Shipping on mail orders, please ensure your order form is completed with the customer # from the yellow box on the back of your catalog or from the packing slip for your recent order. To receive free Standard Shipping on phone orders, please tell the representative that you are a Paula Young Platinum Plus member.
Limits & Details: You can receive free Standard Shipping on an unlimited number of Paula Young orders throughout your membership year.
5% Cash Back on Purchases at Marketplace Retailers
As a member you receive 5% cash back when you shop at eligible Marketplace retailers. This 5% is based on your order sub-total (minus taxes and fees). It will be applied to your Savings Center and paid out in the form of a check.
How to receive 5% cash back:
- Online Orders: Before making your purchase, log in to PaulasPlatinumPlus.com. Click through the Marketplace links to the retailer website and complete your purchase online. Your 5% back will be applied automatically to your Savings Center.
- In-Store, Phone & Mail Orders: After you have made your purchase from one of our eligible marketplace retailers, submit a rebate claim by sending your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details.
- Groceries: Make your purchase at an eligible grocery retailer in the Marketplace. You can make your grocery purchase in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your purchase, submit a rebate claim with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. To view participating grocery retailers, visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in the Marketplace and look for retailers with the grocery bag icon and “rebate only” flag.
Limits & Details: To qualify for 5% cash back, purchases must be made at the retailers listed in your Welcome Kit and/or on the program website. Marketplace retailers are subject to change without notice; to see the most up-to-date list, please log on to PaulasPlatinumPlus.com. Your savings on online Marketplace purchases will appear in the Savings Center within 5-7 days of your purchase being shipped. Online Marketplace retailers labeled “Rebate Only” will not automatically apply the 5% cash back to your Savings Center. You’ll need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% cash back on purchases at these retailers. You can earn a maximum of $1,000 each membership year. This includes earnings from Marketplace retailers and eligible grocery retailers in the Marketplace. One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% reimbursement. Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% reimbursement. Additional restrictions may be imposed each participating retailer. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, please click the restrictions link on that retailer’s page.
Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates
As a Platinum Plus member, you can claim a shipping rebate for up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on your Marketplace purchases. For return shipping charges, you can claim up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on returns made for Paula Young or Marketplace purchases. Rebates will be applied to your Savings Center and paid out in the form of a check. To receive a rebate after you make a purchase or return a purchase, submit a rebate claim along with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation and, when applicable, your return documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details.
Limits & Details: You are eligible for up to $500 in shipping rebates on Marketplace purchases and up to $500 in return shipping rebates per membership year. (Please note that the $500 maximum in shipping rebates doesn’t apply to Paula Young purchases. You receive instant free Standard Shipping on an unlimited number of Paula Young orders throughout your membership year.) Shipping rebates must be claimed within 60 days of the original purchase date. Return shipping rebate documents must be dated and submitted within 60 days of your return date. Return shipping rebates require two forms of documentation: valid proof of your original purchase and valid proof of your return shipping charge. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. Only one return shipping rebate claim can be made per each original order. Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not provided under the program. Shipping rebates are not available for in-store pickup fees on grocery purchases.
How to Submit a Rebate
To submit a claim through the mail, send your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your clearly written name, address and phone number to: Paula Young Platinum Plus Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Rebate forms have been provided in your welcome kit for your convenience but are not required. You can obtain additional forms by printing them online at PaulasPlatinumPlus.com or by calling 888-659-7174.
To submit a rebate claim online, visit the “Rebates” tab on PaulasPlatinumPlus.com, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form. You can email your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your claim number, to Rebates@PaulasPlatinumPlus.com. Online submissions will appear in your Savings Center upon verification and processing, which can take 3-6 weeks. You can also send your proof-of-purchase documentation by mail to: Paula Young Platinum Plus Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Please be sure to write your claim number on all documentation. Mailed submissions will appear in the Savings Center upon approval, which can take 3-6 weeks from the postmark date of your submission.
Proof-of-purchase documentation must list the retailer, purchase date, item(s) purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge (if applicable). Acceptable documents include a sales receipt, a packing slip, an order or shipping confirmation email, or an order confirmation or shipping confirmation page.
For return shipping rebates, you must provide two forms of documentation with your claim: Valid proof of your original purchase and a receipt for the return shipping charge. Proof-of-purchase documentation must display the price paid, retailer information, and purchase and shipping dates. Return shipping documentation must include the shipping charge and the destination address; USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (NOTE: If a return label is provided by the retailer, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your store refund/credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)
The savings you earn through the program are deposited into your Savings Center and sent out in the form of a check. Any month in which your balance is $10 or more, we'll send you a check in the mail by the 15th of the month. Any remaining balance under $10 will remain in your Savings Center until you reach the $10 mark again. As long as you are an active member when you make purchases that qualify for cash back and we've received all appropriate documentation, we will mail you a check to the address on file. You'll also receive a check for your shipping or return shipping rebate claim after we receive and approve your rebate claim. Whenever possible, we'll try to bundle multiple payouts into a single check.

Should you cancel your membership, you will receive a check for the amount remaining in your Savings Center.
