General Membership Questions

Paula Young Platinum Plus offers exclusive benefits designed for our best customers. With your Platinum Plus membership, there are no coupons, exclusions, or minimums for saving on Paula Young purchases. It’s so easy and your savings are in addition to any other special offer or promotion you apply to your order!

Just get in touch with our Customer Service Department by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 888-659-7174 or by email at [email protected]. You can also use the Contact Us form on our website. No matter how you contact us, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner!).

  

To cancel by phone, simply call us — anytime, day or night — at 888-659-7174. To cancel online, just log in at PaulasPlatinumPlus.com; click on the “Account” tab, then click “Cancel Membership” and follow the instructions provided. You can also send your cancellation request to us via email at [email protected] or through the "Contact Us" form. Regardless of how you choose to do so, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

You can email your rebate documentation to us at [email protected]. You can also send it by mail to: Paula Young Platinum Plus, PO Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Please note that you'll receive a claim number when you fill out our online rebate claim form; make sure you copy and paste that claim number into the "Subject" line of your documentation email or write it on each piece of your documentation when you mail it in. Also, please remember to submit cash back and shipping rebate claims within 60 days of the original order date, and to submit return shipping rebate claims within 60 days of the date you sent the order back.

 

Paula’s Platinum Plus is the billing descriptor that will be listed on your credit card statement for your monthly fee.

 

10% Cash Back and Instant Free Standard Shipping on Paula Young Purchases

Earning 10% cash back on Paula Young purchases is easy:

  • Just shop with Paula Young as you normally do — online, over the phone, or by mail
  • After you make your purchase, 10% of your order total will be automatically applied to your Savings Center.
  • We’ll mail you a check for your 10% cash back earnings within 3-6 weeks of your order being shipped.

To receive Instant Free Standard Shipping on online orders, you must log in as a registered user on www.PaulaYoung.com with the same email address you use for your Platinum Plus membership. You will be recognized as a Paula Young Platinum Plus member, and the shipping will be automatically removed from your total. To receive Instant Free Standard Shipping on mail orders, please ensure your order form is completed with the customer # from the yellow box on the back of your catalog or from the packing slip for your recent order. To receive Instant Free Standard Shipping on phone orders, please tell the representative that you are a Paula Young Platinum Plus member.

You can receive Instant Free Standard Shipping on an unlimited number of Paula Young orders throughout your membership year!

 

As long as you're an active member of Paula Young Platinum Plus when you make a qualifying purchase, you’re eligible to receive 10% cash back on that purchase, even if you cancel your membership after making the purchase. After payment of your purchase, 10% of your order total will be automatically applied to your Savings Center. Claims are paid out in $10 increments every month, the month after they are approved. If you submit your claim by mail, please note it will take 3 – 6 weeks to process your claim. Whenever possible, we'll try to bundle multiple qualifying purchases into a single check.

We’ll automatically send out your Savings Center savings each month following the month when they total at least $10, in the form of a check. Any savings you have earned that do not meet or exceed the $10 payout requirement will be held in your Savings Center to be sent out when you do meet the $10 threshold.

The amount is calculated by applying 10% to the total amount you pay for a qualifying purchase net of any cancels or returns. If your purchase qualifies for any discount(s) or coupon offer(s) from Paula Young, the 10% cash back will be calculated using the price you pay after any such discounts are applied. We’ll mail you a check for your 10% cash back earnings within 3-6 weeks of your completed transaction.

As a member of Paula Young Platinum Plus, you can earn 10% cash back on an unlimited number of Paula Young purchases. The 10% cash back applies to all Paula Young merchandise with no restrictions, but excludes canceled orders and returned merchandise

5% Cash Back on Marketplace Purchases

The Marketplace is our shopping directory of more than 1,000 stores. As a member of Paula Young Platinum Plus, you can shop for millions of items sold by those retailers and earn 5% cash back on your purchases! You can claim up to $1,000 in 5% cash back on Marketplace purchases every membership year

 

The Marketplace is our directory of over 1,000 retailers, from popular brand-name outlets to niche and specialty merchants. As a member of Paula Young Platinum Plus, you can receive 5% cash back on your purchases when you shop through our Marketplace links, when you shop in-store, or when you order over the phone. The list of Marketplace retailers is subject to change at any time.

 

You have several ways to earn 5% cash back on your Marketplace purchases:

Online: Log in to PaulasPlatinumPlus.com, visit the "Marketplace" tab, click on any retailer link you want, and then use the browser window that opens to shop as you normally would. Just be sure to complete your purchase in that browser window and during that shopping session. Once the retailer notifies us that your order has been shipped, we’ll automatically apply your 5% cash back to your Savings Center account. (Notification typically takes up to 7 business days, but it can take longer if the item you've purchased is on back-order.) Please note that we can’t automatically apply the 5% cash back on purchases made at online retailers labeled “Rebate Required.” You’ll need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% cash back on purchases at these retailers.

In stores, by phone, and by mail: After you make your purchase, log in to PaulasPlatinumPlus.com, click the "Rebates" tab, and fill out a ‘Shopping’ claim form. To submit your rebate through the mail, send your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your clearly written name, address, and phone number, to Paula Young Platinum Plus Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Rebate forms have been provided in your welcome booklet for your convenience but are not required. You can obtain additional forms by printing them online at PaulasPlatinumPlus.com or by calling 888-659-7174. Submit your completed claim form along with proof-of-purchase documentation. Acceptable forms of proof-of-purchase documentation include sales receipts, packing slips, order confirmation pages or order confirmation emails. Please note that 5% cash back claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date

Please note that cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, returned purchases and purchases made before your Paula Young Platinum Plus membership was active or after your membership was cancelled aren't eligible for rebates.

As a Paula Young Platinum Plus member, you can earn up to $1,000 every membership year through the 5% cash back benefit!

You can earn 5% cash back at any eligible grocery retailer in the Marketplace. Visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in your Marketplace and look for retailers with the “Rebate Required” flag.

You can earn 5% cash back on groceries by shopping in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your online or in-store purchase is made, submit a rebate with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation to receive 5% cash back.

The amount is calculated by applying 5% to the merchandise sub-total of your qualifying purchase. The merchandise sub-total used is the amount left after any and all discounts or other offers from the retailer, your credit card issuer, and any other parties are applied. The sub-total amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

 

As a member of Paula Young Platinum Plus, you can earn a maximum of $1,000 in 5% cash back on Marketplace purchases every membership year. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% cash back. For complete details on the 5% cash back benefit, please click here.

 

Shipping Rebates

Shipping rebates are an additional way to save on purchases at over 1,000 Marketplace retailers. As an active member of Paula Young Platinum Plus, you can claim a rebate of up to $10 if you’re charged a shipping fee on a purchase you made at a Marketplace retailer. You can claim up to $500 in shipping rebates every membership year.

As long as you provide documentation that shows you paid a shipping charge on a purchase you made — online, over the phone, or by mail — at a Marketplace retailer, you're eligible for a cash back rebate on the shipping charge, up to the annual $500 maximum. Acceptable proof-of-purchase documentation for shipping rebates includes receipts, packing slips, or order confirmations that display the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Please note that cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, and purchases made before your Paula Young Platinum Plus membership was active or after your membership was cancelled aren't eligible for shipping rebates.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping rebates on grocery purchases picked up in-store. Shipping rebates are only available when you’re charged a fee for the cost of packaging and shipping your purchase.

To claim a shipping rebate, click on the "Rebates" tab on PaulasPlatinumPlus.com, and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you must submit your rebate claim within 60 days of the original purchase date. Within 3-6 weeks of receiving your required documentation, we'll verify and process your rebate claim.

We’ll automatically send out your Savings Center savings each month following the month when they total at least $10, in the form of a check. Any savings you have earned that do not meet or exceed the $10 payout requirement will be held in your Savings Center to be sent out when you do meet the $10 threshold. Whenever possible, we'll bundle multiple payouts into a single check.

Yes, you need to submit your claim and your proof-of-purchase documentation within 60 days of the purchase date.

To claim a shipping rebate, you need to send us an order confirmation, the original sales receipt, or a packing slip. Whichever proof-of-purchase documentation you provide, it must display the purchase price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Return Shipping Rebates

If for any reason you decide to return an item you bought through Paula Young Platinum Plus — whether you shopped at Paula Young or a Marketplace retailer — you can claim a rebate on the return shipping charge! You can claim up to $10 per return shipping charge for Paula Young or Marketplace purchases, up to a maximum of $500 in return shipping rebates per membership year.

To submit a return shipping rebate, begin by clicking on the “Rebates” tab on PaulasPlatinumPlus.com. Select “Return Shipping” as your rebate type in Step one. Complete the rebate form in Step two. Once your rebate form is complete, send us your proof-of-purchase in Step three. Acceptable forms of proof-of-purchase include:

  • Receipts, packing slips, or order confirmations from the retailer where you purchased the returned item that display the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date; AND
  • A shipping receipt for the return shipment reflecting the date, shipping destination, and price paid. USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (Please note: If a return label is provided by the website, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)

Please note that, to be eligible for a return shipping rebate, you must be an active member of Paula Young Platinum Plus at the time we process your rebate claim.

To qualify for a return shipping rebate, your claim and all required documentation must be submitted to us within 60 days of the date you returned your purchase.

Savings Center

The Savings Center is where you can keep an eye on all of your 10% and 5% cash back earnings plus all of the shipping and return shipping rebates you’ve claimed as a member of Paula Young Platinum Plus.

  • "Submitted" means we've received your claim but it has not yet been approved.
  • "Approved" means your claim has been received and approved.
  • "Paid" means we've sent you a check for your cash back earnings or rebate claim.
  • "Declined" means a 10% cash back, 5% cash back, shipping, or return shipping rebate claim did not meet the qualifying criteria.

If a purchase that you believe should qualify for 10% cash back or 5% cash back hasn’t appeared in your Savings Center account, please contact us.

Please note that an online Marketplace purchase won't appear in your Savings Center until the retailer notifies us that the order has shipped; it can take 5-7 business days for that notification to reach us. Also, if you've purchased an item that’s on back-order, the item won't ship until the retailer receives it, which can take longer than 5-7 business days.

If you believe that a shipping rebate claim is missing from your Savings Center account, please contact us. Again, please be sure you've submitted the necessary proof-of-purchase documentation (the order confirmation, the original sales receipt, or the packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date) in addition to your shipping rebate claim.

If you believe that a return shipping rebate claim is missing from your Savings Center account, please contact us. Please confirm that you’ve submitted both required forms of documentation along with your return shipping rebate claim, acceptable proof-of-purchase documentation include:

  • Receipts, packing slips, or order confirmations that display the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date; and
  • A shipping receipt for the return shipment that displays the date, shipping destination, and price paid. USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (Please note: If a return label is provided by the website, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)
